A little about ME!

Born and raised just outside of Boston, I was sick of the cold and needed a change.  In 2013 I packed up (and stored) all of my belongings and moved to the sunny island of beautiful St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.  No passport necessary.  

It wasn’t long that I knew it would be my home for a while so I went back, sold and donated what was left of my stuff and went full force with the next chapter of my life.  In 2014 I was lucky enough to start dating my partner, Jay and after a few years we went through two back to back Cat-5 Hurricanes which left us without a roof and no power for a few months.

That certainly changed the trajectory of our lives but we all prevailed.  In time we found a new apartment and eventually we were able to adopt the love of our life, Grady in 2019. He was at the sweet perfect puppy age of 6 months. In 2020, in the midst of Covid, we made the move from St. John to St. Croix to enjoy a little more space and plenty of yard for Grady to run around.   

As a career bartender I’ve been able to meet so many amazing people from around the world but I’ve always known I want a little bit more.  I’ve dabbled in a lot of office work trying to check “real job” off the list for those who ask about it.  Finally, after realizing that I didn’t need to do it for everyone else, I’ve decided to start a new journey and I wanted to invite you for the ride.  Thank you for joining me in my current adventures. This is me trying to figure it all out.
